Women's Basketball Faces Manchester Saturday at 3 PM

TERRE HAUTE, Ind.-- The Rose-Hulman Fightin' Engineers will hit the road to take on Manchester University on Saturday, 12/15 at 3:00 PM.  The team stands at 6-3 overall and a perfect 3-0 in the HCAC.

Rose-Hulman News and Notes:

* The Engineers are coming off a win over HCAC competitor Transylvania who they defeated with a final score of 77-59.
* Rose-Hulman has been picked as the favorite to win the HCAC title in the pre-season coaches poll. 
* Abby Bromenschenkel has been named HCAC women's basketball player of the week. 
* She recorded a career high 28 points against the Pioneers and is the teams second leading scorer averaging 12.7 points per game. 
Ally Bromenschenkel leads the team with 17.3 points per game which ranks her first amongst HCAC offensive leaders.  
* After facing the Spartans, the Engineers will host Chicago on Tuesday, 12/18 at 7:30 PM. 

The Opposition: Manchester

* The  Spartans stand at 2-5 overall and 0-2 in the HCAC after falling to Earlham on Saturday with a final score of 66-46.  
* Faith-Alexis Graham leads the team offensively with 9.4 points per game, followed by Nicole Weaver with 8.2 points per game.
* After their game against Rose-Hulman, Manchester will host the Defiance Yellow Jackets on Tuesday 12/18 at 7:30 PM.
