Rose-Hulman Gears Up for Road Test at Franklin

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – As the 2017 soccer slate enters the final week of the regular season, the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology men's soccer team will gear up for a road contest at Franklin College on Wednesday October 25th.  Kickoff from FC is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.



Rose-Hulman News & Notes

* The Fightin' Engineers have won six straight games and are unbeaten in the month of October.
* RHIT stands 11-4-1 on the season and 6-1 in HCAC play.  Rose-Hulman is in a three-way tie atop the league standings with Hanover and Transylvania. 
* Senior Austin Webb leads the squad with four goals, seven assists, and 15 points.
* Senior goalies Carter Wright and Michael Lawrence have combined for an .847 save percentage and have only allowed 11 goals all season.

The Opponent: Franklin College Grizzlies (1-14, 0-7 HCAC)

* Franklin's lone win of the season came against MacMurray back on September 24th
* The Griz have scored just one goal in their last seven matches.
* Sophomore Mason May leads the team with four goals.  Luke Oliver has added three goals and five assists, good for 11 points.
