Men's Soccer Hosts Transylvania in HCAC Semifinal on Wednesday

TERRE HAUTE, Ind.-- Rose-Hulman men's soccer team will host Transylvania University in the first round of the HCAC Tournament on Wednesday, 11/6 at 7:00 PM.

Wednesday, November 6 vs. Transylvania - 7:00 PM 

ADMISSION POLICY: For HCAC Tournament play, the following admission charges will be in place.  All transactions are CASH ONLY.
* Adults: $8
* Senior Citizens and Non-HCAC Students: $5
* HCAC Students, Faculty, Staff: FREE

SEMIFINALS - Wednesday Nov. 6
2 pm - #1 Hanover vs. #4 Manchester
7 pm - #2 Rose-Hulman vs. #3 Transylvania

CHAMPIONSHIP - Saturday Nov. 9
Semifinal Winners, Time TBA (at best seeded semifinal winner)

Rose-Hulman News & Notes

* Rose-Hulman has been named HCAC Co-Champions for the regular season.  
* Rose-Hulman is receiving votes in the United Soccer Coaches Top 25 poll for the first time since 2016 (POLL HERE)
Takezo Kelly leads the team with six goals so far this season.  
Eric Kirby leads the HCAC and ranks in the top 10 in NCAA Division III with 12 assists.
* Kirby also leads the team in points with 20 points and has four goals so far this season.  
* Goalie Pascal Schlee leads the conference with a 0.55 goals-against average and a .846 save percentage.
* Schlee leads NCAA Division III with 12 shutouts this season.
* Rose-Hulman has won seven HCAC regular season titles and made five NCAA Division III Tournament appearances since 2008.
* Rose-Hulman has finished in the top three in HCAC regular season action for nine consecutive years.

The Opposition: Transylvania Pioneers

* Transylvania stands at 10-7 and 7-2 in the HCAC after falling to Rose-Hulman on Saturday with a final score of 1-0.  
* The Pioneers have earned the number three seed in the HCAC Tournament.  
* Mitchell Crispin leads the team in scoring with eight goals, seven assists, and 23 points so far this season.
