Track & Field Teams Travel to Anderson for HCAC Championships Saturday

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology will compete in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships this weekend at Anderson!  The Fightin' Engineer men look for their eighth straight indoor title, while the women will hope to earn their second indoor conference title in program history. 

Rose-Hulman News & Notes:

* Rose-Hulman enters the 2018 season with 17 consecutive HCAC Men's Track and Field Championships (10 outdoor, 7 indoor) dating back to 2008
* The women's squad was the HCAC runner-up indoors and placed third outdoors in 2017
* The men's squad is ranked No. 9 in the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Region entering the HCAC Indoor Championships
* The men's squad has a dual meet record of 30-6 this season, while the women stand 24-10
* Returning men's conference champions from the 2017 indoor season include David Borden (4-x-200, 4-x-400); Josh Hennig (4-x-200, 4-x-400, 400); Josh Himes (shot put); Aaron Lannoy (800); and Matt Hill (5,000)
* Returning women's conference champions from the 2017 indoor season include Lauren London (long jump, 4-x-200); Gabi Razma (triple jump, 4-x-200); Victoria Heckenlively (4-x-200); and Jaclyn Setina (high jump)
