Women's Golf Travels to Illinois Wesleyan on Saturday and Sunday

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology continues its 2019-20 women's golf season at the Illinois Wesleyan Invitational on Saturday and Sunday.

WEEKEND SCHEDULE:
36 holes at Ironwood Golf Course in Bloomington, Ill.
* 18 holes Saturday.  
* 18 holes Sunday.  

RHIT NEWS & NOTES:
* Rose-Hulman finished 5th overall and 1st among HCAC schools at the season opening Denison Invitational on Aug. 31-Sept. 1.
* Namuunaa Nadmid placed 9th with rounds of 84 and 78 at Denison.
* Rebecca Su (11th) and Lauren Conley (13th) added top 15 finishes at Denison.  Su had scores of 84 and 79, while Conley shot rounds of 80 and 84.
* Rose-Hulman was picked to finish 2nd in the HCAC this season after six consecutive runner-up finishes in the league championship tournament.
* The 2019 team features four returning all-HCAC performers from the 2018-19 campaign.  
Rachel Zhang led the individual all-HCAC performers by finishing third in the league last season.  Caitlin Coverstone finished fourth in the 2018 HCAC championships after earning a share of the 2017 conference individual championship.  Namuunaa Nadmid added a fifth place finish, and Rebecca Su earned her second career all-HCAC honor with a 10th place finish.
