Women's Tennis Starts Season at Home Saturday

TERRE HAUTE, Ind.-- Rose-Hulman women's tennis looks to start the 2018-19 season at home against HCAC competitor Defiance College.  They will continue their weekend by traveling to face Earlham College on Sunday, 9/16 at 12:00 PM.

THE HERD is hosting a fan event at Saturday's match featuring FREE TUMBLERS for students while they last!  

Rose-Hulman News & Notes

* The Fightin' Engineers have been picked to finish second in the HCAC coaches preseason poll.
* The team adds two new faces to the team in freshman Susan Harmet and Krista Manche.
* Rose-Hulman finished the 2017-18 season with a record of 11-8 and ended the year third in the HCAC.

The Opponent: Defiance College

* The Yellow Jackets have started their season off 1-2 after a victory over Olivet (Mich.) 6-3, a loss to Ohio Northern 9-0, and a loss to Trine 9-0.
* They have been picked to finish eighth in the HCAC preseason polls.

The Opponent: Earlham College

* The Quakers are 1-0 to start the year after a win over Ohio Christian 6-3.  
* They have been picked to finish fifth in the HCAC preseason polls.
