Volleyball Hosts Franklin on Faculty Appreciation Night Wednesday

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. -- The Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology volleyball team returns to home action on Wednesday with a 7 pm matchup against Franklin College.


* Rose-Hulman stands 13-10 overall and 3-1 in Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference play entering Wednesday's matchup vs. Franklin.
Bailey MacInnis has moved into 5th place in Rose-Hulman history with 1,074 career kills.  She needs just seven kills to move into 4th place on the all-time list.
* Katie Orbeta has moved into 6th place in Rose-Hulman history with 1,851 assists.  Just five players in Rose-Hulman history have crossed the 2,000 assist mark in their careers.
* Bailey MacInnis (147) and Mia Styczynski (132) are closing in on Rose-Hulman's career top 10 for block assists.
* Wednesday's night is Faculty Appreciation Night, as our student-athletes wish to acknowledge the impact of the Rose-Hulman faculty on their overall college experience.

* Franklin stands 8-12 overall and 1-2 in HCAC play entering Wednesday's matchup at Rose-Hulman.
* Abigail Sewell (186 K) and Kyra Harvey (184 K) lead the Franklin hitting attack.
* Mackenzie Waldran leads Franklin with 440 assists, and Libby Stahl has a team-high 344 digs.
